| the bad: | Unreliable, undependable, didn't pick me up even though I had a resevation confirmation, TERRIBLE customer service, wouldn't rectiify or resolve issue |
| the details: | I booked a van through Boston Style Limo for 9 people to be picked up and brought to the airport for an international flight on May 23, 2009. I received a confirmation, so I was confident the reservation was set. After waiting 15 minutes past the pick-up time on our departure date I called the company to find out the whereabouts of the van. The person who answered said to give him 5 minutes to look into it and he would call me back. I didn’t receive a call back. When I called him again he said he could not reach the driver and to give him 5 minutes and he would call me back. Again, I didn’t receive a call back. I called him again and he said, “I am in the same boat as you, I don’t know what to do.” Well, he clearly was not in the same boat as me as I was the one who was going to miss my international flight. He had no resolution and stopped answering my calls! My family and I had to scramble to find another way into the airport quickly. |
