| Customer service is very poor |
| the good: | Setting up appointment was easy |
| the bad: | Couldn't get results easily |
| the details: | I called the next day to get my results and got a message that the results were closed. So I had to wait till the next day, worried and upset. When I called the next morning, I stayed on hold for 5 minutes and got the closed message again. I called back and spoke with a representative and he said they are not closed and they give that message if you've been on hold for awhile. I was very upset and concerned by this time and kept calling back time and time again getting the same message. |
